I loved this interview. You asked questions that I believe all PR pros continue to wonder themselves (ie: “What qualities/traits do you value when working with a publicist? What attributes have deterred you from working with a PR practitioner?”). Arlene is an amazing, strong and inspirational woman. I enjoy that she didn’t know, at first, what she wanted to do, but that she jumped in and figured it out from there. I love that she was able to mix three of her passions: television, people, and “making things happen.”

I learn a lot from reading interviews with savvy businesspersons on the other end of the PR spectrum – that is, the people we try to connect to on a daily basis (producers, journalists, news directors, etc.). So, thanks for this interview! Keep ‘em coming! :)
